6. Job Applications and Submissions

6.1 Application Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided in your job applications, including resumes, cover letters, and other supporting documents, is accurate, complete, and truthful.

6.2 No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting an application through our Services does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment. All hiring decisions are made at the sole discretion of the hiring company.

6.3 License to Use Submitted Content

By submitting content (resumes, cover letters, etc.) to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing recruitment services and matching you with potential employers.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vastika Inc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@vastika.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination
